Can I bring a plus one?

If the person you would like to bring hasn't received an invite themselves, no they cannot attend.

Is there a Colour Pallete for the Dress Code?

We just ask that you please avoid any Yellow/ or crisp Beige tones. Other than this, no there is not. Please come in any Formal Attire that makes you feel good!

Can we eat at Lulu's at anytime?

Yes! Aside from our Morning of and Recovery Breakfasts, Welcome Dinner and Reception Dinner, Lulu's at The Lodge is open to you all 7 days a week. The Restaurant is open for Lunch from 12:00pm until 3:00pm and Dinner from 5:00pm until 10:00pm. The Champagne Garden and Finns Bar is open every day from 12:00pm until 8:00pm. Pool Bar Service is available every day for all in-house guests from 12:00pm - 8:00pm.

How do I secure my room at The Lodge?

Once you have RSVP'd, proceed to 'Travel and Accommodation' and select the link under 'Wedding Accommodation'. From here, you will be able to secure the rooms that best suits you and who you are attending with. Our Venue includes all 39 rooms and is part of our Wedding Package. It's important to note that you will not be able to secure your room through The Lodge website and only through the link provided here.

Can we use all facilities at The Lodge?

Yes! During our celebrations, you will have access to Yoga Classes, Pool, Tennis Court, Spa, Yard Games, Bicycles, Sauna, Hot Tub and Gym.

Can I bring a gift?

Your love and support on our special say is enough of a gift. If you wish to gift us something a little more, we will have a wishing well available at our Reception.

Are Children welcome?

Yes! We have included all little ones close to us in our overall guest numbers for our day. Children who are within the Wedding Party or mature enough to sit patiently are welcome to attend our Ceremony. For those that are a little too young, the Team from South Coast Nannies will be onsite with an Activity Table and Toy set up in the River Room, just next door to the Ceremony/Reception locations. During our Reception, all meals for Children 6 years and younger will be served in the River Room. The Nannies onsite will supervise and play with all Children here. Once the littles are ready for bed, our Nannies will either assist or manage bedtimes (completely up to each parent) for each child under 6 and continue to supervise via monitors once Children are asleep in nearby accommodation. This will allow all our guests who are Parents of young ones like us, to continue celebrating with Sam and I throughout the night. All accommodation is just a short walk from the Reception Hall which is very convenient for parents who would like to pop out to check on their children too. There are 11 children 6 years and younger on our guest list. If you will be attending with your Children, please select this option when securing your accommodation through the link under 'Wedding Accommodation' so we can ensure ratios are correct and there are enough Nannies for all these children.
